Orlando Ave to E. Colonial Drive; West: SR-434 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,715 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,715 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 50 Parking Spaces (Surface): 50 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous and space offered above ground floor must be serviced by a minimum of 2 elevators.
