- Updated RFQ as of 23 Sep 2013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ) # F1R37C3078A001. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The NAICS Code is 711219, this acquisition will be a total small business set-aside. The applicable size standard is $10,000,000. This will be for sports officials. Dyess AFB has the following requirements: 0001 - Sports Officials: Basketball 0002 - Sports Officials: Volleyball 0003 - Sports Officials: Softball See Attached bid sheet Performance Work Statement SCA Wage Determination attached Period of Performance: October 2013 - September 2014 (exact starting date in October 2013 TBA) to include 4 year option. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor recieves notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This award will be made on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable. "Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this soliciation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." The Government reserves the right to award all, some or none of the items in this requirement contingent upon funds becoming available. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
