Description

The VA Boston Healthcare System intends to negotiate sole source procurement for annual membership to the Nursing Executive Center with the Advisory Board Company. The Advisory Board Company is the exclusive provider of the Nursing Executive Center. This procurement is for a one year membership renewal to the Nursing Reference Center for VISN1. Membership allows VISN1 to access the Nursing Executive Center's research, services and materials including meetings, summits, national conference calls, publications library, implementation tools, journal review, on-call experts, and online best practices compendium. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government may consider any proposals received by 10/30/2013. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be made without discussions.
