This amendment incorporates changes to the draft RFP dated 19 August 2013. Please review changes and provide any comments to Adam Boggs, Adam.Boggs@us.af.mil, by 30 September 2013. Summary of changes: • Changes to SP-002, SP-004, and CLIN Descriptive Data of the Model Contract • Update to period of performance listed in the synopsis. Erroneously listed as five years (1 base + 4 option years), but updated to six years (1 base + 5 option years) • Administrative changes to Statement of Work and Section L • Format change to Pricing Matrix in Attachment 3 • Format change to Total Evaluated Price Matrix in Section M • Deletion of 2.2.4 of Section M, FAR Clause 52.232-29
