- The Northern Regional Contracting Office, McDonald Army Health Center, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA 23604, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for two (2) Audiometer Booths, to include but not limited to shipping, teardown, removal, and installation located at McDonald Army Health Center and Troop Medical Clinic, Fort Story, VA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is 100% total small business set-a-side. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued and is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract. No compatibles or substitutes accepted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial items. Responses will be accepted via email ONLY to Ms. Gwen Bridges at gwendolyn.p.bridges.civ@mail.mil no later than 23 Sept 2013 @ 2:00 PM EST. No telephonic requests will be honored. This combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91YTZ-13-T-0625. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450 and the Size Standard is 100 employees. This requirement is for a Delivery Date of 28 October 2013.
