Description

J and A Notice of intent to award a sole source Procurement to IMMIXtechnologies of 8444 Westpark Drive STE 200 McLean Virginia 22102-5102 to provide maintenace and support for Guidance software's Encase Enterprise Forensic and Ediscovery products. This software is needed to support the Federal Law Enforcement training Center's training mission. Reference the attached J & A. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination was made not to compete this requirement due to the fact that Guidance Software owns the proprietary software in question and IMMIXtechnologies is their preferred reseller. The software maintenace cannot be purchased directly from Guidance Software. The FLETC requires continued use of this software. This procurement must be completed in a timely manner to meet mission requiremnts.
