- SPECIAL NOTICE ON FBO This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, MICC Fort Meade intends to award on a sole source basis to Monaco Enterprises at 14820 E. Sprague, P.O. Box 14129, Spokane, WA, for the supply of the Monaco D-21 Redundant Reporting System. This award is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (b) (4) (10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Interested sources may provide a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All submissions must be received NLT 3 days from the posting of this announcement. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Monaco D-21 Redundant Reporting System: Delivery, Installation and Training - D-21 Equipment and Installation - D-21 Client Workstation The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, the SIC Code is 5063, the FSC is 6350. The Point of Contact for this action is Contract Specialist Shonn Gilkes at shonn.m.gilkes.civ@mail.mil Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Information on the SAM may be obtained at http://www.sam.gov. Offerors may submit questions in writing requesting clarification of the requirement via e-mail to the Contract Specialist. All questions must be received at least two (2) days prior to the closing date. At this time this synopsis is an announcement of the Government's intention to solicit a sole source contract for Monaco D-21 Emergency Management System. No entitlement to payment will arise as a result of the submission of contractor information. Responses must be received NLT 3 days from the posting of this announcement.
