Description

The Contractor shall provide all parts and materials (except those considered to be consumables or accessories), software updates, labor, and travel related expenses for preventive maintenance and for all non-routine preventive maintenance repairs on government owned Anesthesia Units. This equipment consists of four (4) GE Healthcare Anesthesia Aestiva/5 7900 units. These units are located at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center 2360 E. Pershing Blvd. Cheyenne, WY 82001. The contract period of performance shall be from effective contract award date through September 30, 2014 with four (4), one (1) year options to be exercised at the Government's discretion. See Attached RFQ for instructions on the requirements to submit a quote.
