- : The Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for Canister Bodies, 63,506 each in accordance with Drawing 13-19-1011 Rev B dated 17 Feb 2012 and DTL EA-G-2266 Rev A dated 29 Jan 2013. This solicitation has specifications/technical data that are restricted under the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et sec.) or Executive Order 12470. Contractors must be eligible to obtain export-controlled technical data in order to obtain the Specifications/technical data. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 322219, Size Standards 500 employees is applicable. Acquisition will be conducted as Small Business Set Aside. Request for Proposal W911RP-13-T-0090 will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry website www.fbo.gov on or about 24 Sept 2013 with a closing date on or about 1 Oct 2013.
