- Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) intends to solicit, negotiate and award one subcontract for non-manual, expert technical services for the development and implementation of Emergency Response training, the development, planning, conducting, evaluating and reporting of emergency drills and for the development and implementation of required Safeguards, Security and Emergency Services self -assessment. The expert technical services requested will be on an as needed basis to work jointly with SRNS Safeguards, Security and Emergency Services Department. The subcontractor must have at least 10 years of extensive experience working with the Department of Energy Safeguard, Security and Emergency Response requirements, including but not limited to nuclear emergency response requirements. The anticipated Period of Performance is Dec 1 to September 30, 2014. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690. This solicitation will be set-aside for small businesses. The small business size standard for this NAICS classification is less than or equal to $14 million. All interested suppliers must be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) with no active exclusions.
