- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation MSC-FY13-099 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-68. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 334515 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. All quotes should be inclusive of shipping costs. Required Delivery Date: 15 November 2013 The following commercial supplies are requested: 1.
