- The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to solicit and award a 2-year (base year + 1 option years) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a total estimated value of $12,691.22. This action is intended as a sole source award directed to Atego Systems Inc. of 5930 Cornerstone Court West, Suite 250, San Diego CA 92121-3739, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 and 10. USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Atego ApexAda Developer Enterprise Edition software maintenance. The proposed action is for purchase of software maintenance/support for quantity 1 Atego quote mark ApexAda Developer Enterprise Edition quote mark software in the base year and the option year. Atego ApexAda Developer Enterprise Edition software and software maintenance is exclusively and owned and provided by Atego Systems Inc.. This procurement is a Request for Proposal under solicitation number W15P7T-13-R-E103. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 541511. The posting date for this Synopsis is September 25, 2013 and the closing date for responses is September 27, 2013.
