Description

Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), 4300 W 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205, request Preventative and Remedial Maintenance for Bio Tek Synergy 4 Standard Service.The solicitation number is VA256-13-R-2187, the NAICS Code is 811219. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii). The proposed sole source is Molecular Devices. The purchase is for Preventative and Remedial Maintenance for Bio Tek Synergy Readers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within Three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
