Description
UBC and Bedding, Moab, Utah Notice to Bidders: (1)Description of agreement. The National Park Service, Southeast Utah Group intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one vendor doing business in the Moab, Utah area for UBC and Bedding supplies on multiple projects. (2)Extent of obligation. The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. (3)Purchase limitation. The dollar value of each purchase under this BPA will be less than $50,000 and in total not greater than $125,000. No minimum purchases guaranteed. (4)Individuals authorized to purchase under the BPA. a.Julie Newland, Contracting Officer, (435) 719-2114 b.John S. Lewis, Engineer, (435) 719-2152 c.Todd McDougall, Supervisor, Contracting Officers Representative, (435) 719-2160 (5)Delivery tickets. All shipments under the agreement shall be accompanied by delivery tickets or sales slips that shall contain the following minimum information: a.Name of supplier b.BPA number c.Date of purchase d.Purchase number e.Itemized list of supplies according to bid schedule f.Quantity, unit price, and extension of each item, less applicable discounts (unit prices and extensions need not be shown when incompatible with the use of automated systems, provided that the invoice is itemized to show this information). g.Date of delivery or shipment (6)Invoices. An itemized invoice shall be submitted at least monthly or upon expiration of this BPA, whever occurs first, for all deliveries made during a billing period and for which payment has not been received. These invoices need not be supported by copies of delivery tickets. Invoices must be submitted online to www.ipp.gov as further described.
