Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,480 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,754 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Per local code Parking Spaces (Surface): -- Parking Spaces (Structured): -- Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: -- Additional Requirements: 1) Offered space must be contiguous 2) Space located above the 1 st floor must be served by at least two elevators. 3) Adequate visitor parking must be available on site or within 2 blocks of the building. 4) Space must be proximate to public transportation Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
