- Redacted J&A The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Firm Fixed Price sole source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-09-G-0005 with Lockheed Martin Mission Sensors and Systems (LMMS2), Owego, NY, for the non-recurring effort necessary to integrate: 1) APX-123 -10 hardware with v7.00; and 2) -11 hardware with v7.00 in the MH-60 Romeo/Sierra SC 90.X. This contract action is being awarded on a sole source basis to LMMST in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. LMMST is the sole manufacturer of the MH-60R common cockpit and the only company with the necessary data and technical capability to perform this effort for the MH-60 aircraft in a cost effective and timely manner.
