- Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) intents to negotiate a sole source contract with Xerox Corporation 1303 Rideview Dr, Lewisville, Texas 75057-6018. Xerox is the only known source that has the capability to remove hard drives from Xerox machines. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to Xerox. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Interested parties have two (2) Calendar Day or until September 26, 2013 at 12:00PM EST to respond. Responses shall be submitted in writing to the identified point of contact. Responses shall be clear and convincing evidence of vendors capability to provide the required service. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after September 26, 2013 at 12:00PM, or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this sole source notice and will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice. This decision is solely within the Government's discretion. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to Keeyada Dickens, Contract Specialist. Responses to this notice must be received by September 26, 2013 at 12:00PM. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Requests may be emailed to keeyada.dickens.ctr@navy.mil. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Xerox.
