- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for SOUTHERN BORDER BLOCK 1 INTEGRATED FIXED SENSOR TOWERS (IFST) SYTEM MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES in support of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a one-year base period and two one-year option periods (total of three years possible). NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M. This SIR is the first phase of a two-phased acquisition strategy. Please see SIR document for further information. Please ensure all email responses contain DTFAAC-14-R-00064 SIR Response in the subject line. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any responses received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CDT, 9 Oct 2013, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's response, the offeror's response may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for further consideration. This SIR is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested documentation.
