This item is a Navy designated Critical Safety Item. It is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted; other than full and open competition. This is a sole source item coded 3C. The technical data is proprietary to Northrop Grumman. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this NSN to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman must submit a complete source approval package for evaluation for future procurements to: Defense Logistics Agency -Aviation 8000 Jefferson Davis Hwy Richmond VA 23297-5100 Delivery: 365 Days ARO QTY 54 EA I/A: Origin The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against BOA SPRPA1-11-G-002Z.
