Description

Justification Solicitation NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for 1WorldSync Data Subscription Services. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for a Base Year Plus 4 Option Years. Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Any company that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer no later than 10:00 AM CST on September 27, 2013. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
