- PURPOSE: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date and time and to provide information regarding the funding for this requirement. CLOSING DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: All quotes shall be delivered (either in person or by e-mail) and received no later than 27 September 2013/13:00 PM (Central European Time) in order to be considered for award.
