Fairhaven Ave; South : First Street; East : Prospect Avenue south to E. 17 th Street, then east to Newport Avenue then south to First Street; West : Main Street to W. 17 th Street, then West along 17 th Street to Flower Street, then South on Flower to First Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,899 ANSI BOMA USF Maximum Sq. Ft. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
