- Save the date to attend the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) Small Business Forum! The event is being held on October 17, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Small Business vendors will have an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves and the products and services they provide. The TMA Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) Director will discuss TMA’s mission and provide information on the types of products and services TMA buys. This Small Business Forum will provide an opportunity for vendors to network and build partnerships. Where: Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) 7700 Arlington Blvd. Conference Room 3M737CR Falls Church, VA 22042-5101 POC - Tel: 703-399-2063 Announcement: Register: Registration is required. Two representatives per company are permitted to register. Unfortunately, due to space limitations, there is a limit of 26 people. When more than 26 people register, the excess of 26 will be put on a priority waiting list to attend the next Small Business Forum (dates for future forums are TBD). Deadline for registration is 5:00 p.m. September 27, 2013. To register, please go to the TMA OSBP website. Once you have filled out the form, please save your completed registration form and e-mail it to the TMA OSBP. The Forum attendees will be required to submit their Capability Statements prior to the event and already be registered in SAM. Capability Statements can be submitted prior to the day of the event via email, [ smallbusinessforum@tma.osd.mil ]. Agenda: Parking: Parking is available, but limited at the DHHQ Facility. Therefore, it is important that attendees provide the necessary vehicle information (i.e., make, model, color, year, and state and license plate number) on the registration form in order to be issued a parking pass. Please note that “ issuance of A parking pass is limited to one per company ” Alternate Transportation: A government shuttle service provides transportation to and from the Dunn Loring Metro, Pentagon, Skyline, and DHHQ with a CAC or Military ID. However, attendees without the specified government identification may request a one-day shuttle bus pass for the event in order to access the government shuttle. Please ensure email addresses are included on the registration form, so that parking and bus passes may be sent to participants. Schedules will be provided to participants once registration is completed.
