- Panoramic Still Image Camera Systems (Go-Kits), two GigaPan Camera Mounts, four (4) licenses of the Orator Plus Presentation System (O.P.P.S.) software along with training. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, fixed price contract with Orator Plus, Inc. to procure Panoramic Still Image Camera Systems, four (4) licenses, software and training. The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Agnes M. Brooks, email address agnes.brooks@atf.gov by Friday, September 27, 2013 (12:00 pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
