- Project Description: This is a Design-Build project. This project consists of providing new climate control, fire protected, museum storage space for the Naval War College. The area of work is approximately 2,400 square feet in size (approximately 60 feet x 40 feet). The new area of work will provide storage space for a collection of irreplaceable historical items from the NWC museum. The intent of this project is to provide 2,400 SF fire protected, fire rated, water proofed, climate controlled space within the existing warehouse located in Building 13, Coddington Cove, suitable for storing irreplaceable historical items from the Naval War College Museum. Refer to Part 6, Attachment D of the specification for a Project Specific Locus Plan for sketch of the intended location within warehouse. The storage space shall be an independent structure from the warehouse, or "a box within the box". Project Description: This is a Design-Build project.
