Description
This is a follow on requirement for the Army Human Resources Policy Directorate (HRPD) and the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program office requires support for conducting sexual harassment/assault prevention training sessions during IMT, Drill Sergeant training, and at CONUS military installations. Individuals will be trained during IMT at the Basic Combat Training (BCT) at Forts Jackson, Benning, Sill, and Leonard Wood, Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC) at Forts Lee, Huachuca, Sam Houston, Rucker, Gordon, Jackson, Leonard Wood and Sill, Leader Training Course (LTC) at Fort Knox, Leader Development and Assessment Course (LDAC) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Drill Sergeant Training at Forts Benning and Jackson, and at the United States Military Academy. The goal is to have every military member being accessed into the Army receive sexual harassment/assault prevention training during accession through IMT. The training provides instruction to recognize and combat sexual harassment/assault in peers and to act accordingly by assisting and directing fellow soldiers to the proper channels for further assistance, and is geared toward the Army's quote mark language quote mark. The Army continues to work to combat sexual harassment and assault and the quote mark Sex Signals quote mark training during the accession process is focused at giving Soldiers the tools to identify and combat this issue. The Army also continues to focus on the sexual assault prevention training given to Soldiers on installations. The quote mark Afterburner quote mark training in large group sessions of up to 350 Soldiers per session to the Army is also desired. The primary focus is placed on completing the sexual harassment/prevention training by the end of FY14. Services shall be performed 30 September 2013 through 29 September 2014. The Army desires an estimated 600 quote mark Sex Signals quote mark training sessions and an estimated 1700 quote mark Afterburner quote mark training sessions be performed during the contract period at approximately 60 different government installations.
