- Nomenclature: NSN 4240-01-250-9073, Reducer, Pressure, Respirator, Scott Technologies, Inc. (15927) P/N 802220-02. FOB/Inspection/Acceptance: Destination Shipping Location: W25G1U (New Cumberland, PA). Quantity: 586 each with an option to procure an additional 147 each at a date to be determined after the award of the contract up to 14 days before the final delivery of the base quantity. Delivery: 586 each to be deilvered within 120 days after the date of the contract. The response date listed above is an estimate. The solicitation will be available approximately 15 days after this notice is posted notice is posted on this website, in The Commerce Business Daily and on the DSCC DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date of approximately October 22, 2013. Based on market resaearch the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in it's solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satify the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This acquisition may be subject to the Agreement on Government Procurement approved and inplemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be submitted in the English language and in U.S. DFollars. All interested parties may subm,it an offer. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A written offer is required and is to be returned to the bid room at Defense Supply Center Columbus, P.O. Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43218-3990, or can be faxed to (614) 692-4275. Submission of offers by electronic commerce (email) is allowed. Email proposals should be submitted to the Bid and Abstract Room at Contractor.Proposal.DLA.Land.and.Maritime@dla.mil. Email proposals cannot exceed 15mb. Please do not submit your offer directly to the Buyer. This solicitation contains DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The government reserves the right to activate this provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated.
