- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District requests quotes for following services: Provide thirteen (13) secure, indoor parking spaces. The parking spaces must be within a five (5) block radius of 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278 and be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week. The requirement is expected to be for a Base Year with four (4) option years. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable NAICS Code 812930 - Parking Lots and Garages. The small business size standard is $33,500,000. The media selected for issuance of RFQ and amendments shall solely be at the discretion of the Government; accordingly, the media utilized for this project shall be the Internet. Paper copies of this solicitation and amendment, if any, will not be available or issued. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7007, all vendors who want access to the solicitation must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), located at www.sam.gov.
