- NAICS Code Appeal Decision from SBA OHA ATEP II ACQUISITION UPDATE - 27 September 2013 With the attached SBA OHA Ruling confirming both the NAICS Code (541712) and size standard (Aircraft exception, 1,500 employees), the ATEP II Acquisition has resumed. The team will release a revised proposal submittal schedule as well as Q&A from our last open week (Week of 17 June 2013). Industry partners should expect a revised schedule early in the week of 30 September.
