- Performance Work Statement THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 633rd Contracting Squadron is seeking information for potential firms qualified to provide quotes on a future solicitation. The proposed award will be to provide the following; • Community Readiness Program Assistant- Service The expected NAICS Code for this procurement is 921190. Any information is voluntary. Request Interested firms submit (1) the Name, Address, Phone Number of the firm, CAGE code; (2) A capabilities statement including summery of their product (no more than 10 pages); (3) Their size status. Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate. Responses must be received no later than 9:00am EST on 30 September 2013 to be considered. Send all responses to 2Lt Jordan Eason at Jordan.eason.2@us.af.mil.
