- In accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) memorandum, "Planning for Agency Operations during a Potential Lapse in Appropriations", the Science and Technology (S&T), Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSAPRA) is taking prudent management action to be prepared for a possible lapse in appropriations. To that end, in the event of an appropriations lapse, the 2013 Big Data Technologies Day planned for October 1, 2013 will be rescheduled. Should no lapse of appropriations occur, the 2013 Big Data Technologies Day will occur as scheduled. Reference OMB website for official appropriations guidance: http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb.
