- Statement of Work U.S. Department of Labor Women's Bureau (WB), Washington, DC -. Under the authority of FAR 19.15 - Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program, intends to negotiate and procure the following services: Special Studies and Analysis. This is a notice of intent to award a purchase order to any small women owned business that can provide the services outlined in the attached statement of work. Any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. All information submitted in response to this announcement must be received by September 30, 2013, 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time. This information can be emailed to Van Nixon. Responses will be evaluated; however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
