- TITLE: 1620; DRAG LINK, LANDING GEAR; F-5 AIRCRAFT; WSIC L PR: 0049232999, ISSUE DATE: 14OCT2013; CLOSING DATE: 13NOV2013 NSN: 1620-01-016-1868; PR: 0049232999; Item: Drag Link, Landing Gear; P/N: 6-41272-503. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition with a complete data package available. This solicitation will result in a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SBSA) Firm Fixed Price contract for 1,347 each. This is a Critical Safety Item and a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Export Control and Configuration Control. Government First Article Testing applies. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255 and Tracy, CA 95376-5000. The First Article is due 280 days from date of award (DARO). Production delivery will be 280 days after first article acceptance (DAFAA). This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and any other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 14 October 2013 with a closing date of 13 November 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
