Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, CT for the retrofit of the Tension Skew Signal Conditioner (TSSC) and the associated Technical Directive required to retrofit the RME Kits to the new configuration and ensure compatibility with the new streamlined AMCM configuration. This contract action is being awarded on a sole source basis to SAC in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. SAC is the only source with the data and resources needed to perform this effort on the MH-60 aircraft. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).
