Technical Library DVD's: Selected technical library information is available to offerors on DVD. To obtain a copy of the DVD, contact the contract specialist Ms. Karen Lynch at (301)757-7057 or email karen.d.lynch@navy.mil. DVDs can be shipped or picked up in person. If you prefer to get the DVD shipped, please email the contract specialist the full ship-to address and mention "N00019-13-R-0092 Request for Technical Library DVD" in the subject line. If you prefer to pick up the DVD please contact the contract specialist to coordinate a time for pick up. In addition to being posted on FBO, the selected Q&A's and instruction on how to obtain the technical library DVDs are being posted to the NAVAIR Open Solicitations website at http://www.navair.navy.mil/index.cfm?fuseaction=home.display&key=OpenSolicitations under Solicitation N00019-13-R-0092 formally known as N00019-12-R-0008.
