- Attachment IV Attachment I SPE600-13-R-0412 amendment 0002 adds VAMC Marion, Indiana and extends the closing date for VAMC Battle Creek and VAMC Danville. It also adds intra-month purchase language to VAMC Battle Creek's schedule page. DLA Energy will accept offers for direct supply natural gas to various facilities in Mississippi, Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana c overing different performance periods as specified in the solicitation. Any resultant award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contract(s).
