- SOLICITATION REDACTED SOLE SOURCE To be negotiated on a sole source basis with CISCO per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offeror shall certify that it is a Manufacturer Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the Manufacturer to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable manufacturer certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, offeror shall warrant that the products are new, and in their original packaging. Offeror must certify that the products are genuine Cisco products entitled to a full Cisco warranty. Offeror must confirm to have sourced all manufacturer products submitted in this offer from Cisco or Cisco Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and policies at the time of purchase. Offeror shall provide buyer with a copy of the End User license agreement, and shall warrant that all manufacturer software is licensed originally to the buyer as the original licensee authorized to use the Manufacturer Software. Offerors who cannot certify and substantiate the foregoing will not be considered for award.
