- Department of State, U.S. Embassy - Bogota, Colombia S-CO200-14-R-0001 Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for providing professional janitorial cleaning services at the U.S. Embassy - Bogota and other sites outside of the Embassy compound. The estimated number of square meters is 113,000. Please note that these are only estimated quantities for the purpose of this advance notice. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year (12 month) periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date; please see the RFP for the actual date.
