Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VA Medical Center (VAMC) at Memphis, Tennessee has identified a need to operate a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the Marshall County, Mississippi Area. The Memphis VAMC seeks to acquire these services from a contract provider. A contract was previously awarded to provide these services and a contract CBOC was operated in the Marshall County area through present. The period of performance noted in the solicitation shall be for a base period of one year, and shall include four one-year optional extension periods. There will be a single award made from the solicitation, or the Government reserves the right to make no award from the solicitation. The solicitation will identify a time frame for submission of questions (approximately 2 weeks after the solicitation is posted) and all interested parties are asked to comply with the time frames set forth in the solicitation document for submission of questions. The solicitation shall set out specific requirements for submitting a proposal and all offerors will be expected to fully comply with proposal submission requirements.
