- Purchase Request: 0050254186, NSN: 1615-01-492-2078, Adjuster Assembly. Part Number: 70400-21613-042. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, Cage 78286. FAT testing is required. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The requirement is for 40 each, Corpus Christi, TX (line 0001), FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 290 days ARO. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) IAW Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is September 26, 2013 and anticipated closing date is October 10, 2013.
