Description

Solicitation and Specification in CLINS. 309th SMXG/ OBNB/ PZIMC intends to issue a sole source contract to purchase all software, instructions, and licenses to the contractor (Data Source) which will provide ExactCopy Media Duplication System. Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to the contractor (Data Source) which will provide ExactCopy Media duplication System contracting by Negotiation. This requirement is considered sole source due to the OBNB needs to be identical to a functioning system. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334614 (Software and other prerecorded CDs) with a small business size standard of 500. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and all other interested contractors shall submit a capabilities document which states their abilities on fulfilling this requirement.
