- Description
- SPE4A7-14-R-1047 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 30 each of NSN 5340-00-793-0305, COVER, ACCESS. This is used on the T38 Aircraft. Delivery will be required within 200 Days after Receipt of Order This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Item Unique Identifier (IUID) is required for this item. This is a Small Business Set Aside. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Destination. The RFP will be available after October 18, 2013, on www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. An Export Controlled Drawing Package will be available with the solicitation. First Article Test is required: 1 article. The First Article will be Inspection at Origin, Acceptance at Destination. Requested Delivery will be 200 DARO for the FAT Item.
