The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a sole source item coded 3P. The technical data is proprietary to Northrop Grumman Corporation. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman CAGE 0JRC1,interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a completesource approval request (SAR) package for evaluation for future procurements to: Defense Logistics Agency- Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 425 days after receipt of order.
