Choose the Request for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Choose the search option, enter the search value, and click the submit button. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to the requestors on a case by case basis if access to DIBBS is not available. The solicitation will be available October 23, 2013 to November 22, 2013. Electronic DIBBS offers will not be accepted. The solicitation will be 100 % Small Business Set Aside. This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. To learn more about how to participate in an auction, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The evaluation factors contributing to the final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors. These factors will be described in the solicitation.
