- This NSN is being solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.5 and is solicited as an IDPO over the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. NSN: 3130-01-329-2067. BEARING, UNIT, BALL. Solicitation Number SPE4A613X1186. AMSC 1C. Estimated Minimum Delivery Order Quantity will be 20 pieces. Estimated Maximum Delivery Order Quantity will be 70 pieces. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN. Stocked Item. Item has QCC of RCJ. A First Article Test is Required. Product Verification Test Required. Serialization Required. Item is designated a Critical Safety Item by the Army. The item is Export Controlled. Acquisition includes DFARS CLAUSE 252.225-7016. Item requires MIL-DTL-197 packaging. Requested delivery of 090 days ARO. This acquisition is solicited UNRESTRICTED; NAICS CODE 332991. Solicitation will result in a bilateral Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO), with a three-year Base Period plus one Option Term of two years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation date is anticipated to be OCTOBER 10, 2013. The solicitation close date is anticipated to be OCTOBER 20, 2013.
