- NSN: 3110-01-224-8277, BEARING,BALL,ANNULAR; Item is Sources Controlled to SIKORSKY ACFT.DIV. (CAGE CODE 78286), In Accordance With DRAWING: DRAWING: SB1145 REV. B, P/N: SB1145-101, and Approved Source of Supply: SKF AEROSPACE INC. (CAGE CODE 38443) P/N SB1145-101. Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin and FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 297 Days ARO. This NSN is Flight Safety, Critical Application, Government Product Verification Testing, Configuration Controlled, Certificate of Quality Compliance, and Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance. Item is Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on October 7, 2013. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will not be included in the solicitation. Surge and Sustainment does not apply. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a Three Year Base Period and a Two Year Option Period. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 44 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 44 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 89 each, and Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 89 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will only apply to the first 12 months of the contract. This RFP will be solicited as Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is October 22, 2013.
