- WHEN SUBMITTING QUOTES THROUGH EMAIL, VENDOR MUST PLACE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAILED QUOTE IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE DOCUMENT IS RECEIVED. VENDORS WHO DO NOT INPUT THE SOLICITATION IN THE SUBJECT LINE MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded a Standing Price Quote (SPQ) and will provide the subject NSNs to satisfy the requirements for Direct delivery orders to locations within the Continental United States. The period of the SPQ will not exceed a TWELVE MONTH time frame. There is no guarantee of orders and the SPQ may be cancelled at any time. SHIPPING TERMS ARE FOB ORIGIN, PREPAY AND ADD and 45 Days ARO or sooner. By signing the SF 1449 signature document, the contractor verifies that the item they are quoting meets the Item Purchase Description (IPD) as well as any applicable clauses. Please return the Vendor Response Document, Military Marking Document, and Signed SF 1449 with your quote.
