- Amendment #2 THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE. DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS IS HEREBY EXTENDED TO 10/16/13, 2:00PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ANSWER VENDOR QUESTIONS, PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT. DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS IS HEREBY EXTENDED TO 10/8/13, 2:00PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. The USCG SFLC has a requirement for 10 Watt, 20 Watt and 40 Watt 12-volt solar photovoltaic (PV) power generating modules. Modules will be installed on remote, unmanned stations and buoys in coastal or river environments to serve as the power supply for marine aids to navigation (AtoN). Long-term reliable operation of the equipment at these locations is essential. Photovoltaic modules will be used to charge lead-acid batteries connected in 12 volt banks of 100 ampere-hour (AH) and larger.
