RFP Questions & Answers Q1: Page 2 under qualifications says Board Certified however, on page 5, 1a says Board Certified or Board Eligible which is correct? A1: Providers must be eligible or certified. Q2: Will the Radiologist be on-call or in other words will they be required to carry a pager or be available after hours for phone calls etc? A2: Yes. Q3: If there is call what is the call schedule? A3: Call may take place at any time outside normal duty hours. Q4: How often on average are they called in for emergencies? A4: Approximately 2-3 instances per month. Q5: Can we get a list of procedures the radiologist will be doing? A5: See attached list (not all-inclusive). Q6: Can we get an average count on how many procedures per day? A6: Approximately five (5) procedures per day. Q7: PACS system? A7: Yes. Q8: 100% IR or will there be some diagnostic? A8: 100% IR. Q9: Is call is onsite or remote? A9: On site. List of Anticipated Procedures (Not All-Inclusive)
