- The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Moffett Field is issuing a Source Sought Notice to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (Hubzone), Small Business (SB) that can provide custodial services for Texas 190, Denton United Stated Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 3250 Jim Christal Road, Denton, TX 76207. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on/about December 1, 2013 through November 30, 2014 plus four (4) Option Years. Summary of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervisions, tools, transportation, supplies and materials to accomplish the janitorial services described herein at the Denton USARC. All areas will be services based on the Frequency Task List in the Performance of Work. An estimated 24,267 square feet will be maintained. All area measurements provided by the government are estimated only. The contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements and square footage provided on plans and task listings. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The proposed NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services and the business size standards is $16.5 million. At this point in the procurement process the MICC Moffett Field is performing market research to determine the interest of SDVOSB, VOSB, Hubzone, 8(a), WOSB and SB.
